We have a $30 minimum on all orders. You can still give us as much or as little laundry as you want, but no matter how little you'll be charged $30.
Please place your clothes in disposable bags. We have complimentary disposable bags and we also have reusable bags for purchase. If you want your laundry hung dry you will place them in a separate back labeled hang dry.
Everyday!!! You select your pick-up time and we will be there within 2 hours of your chosen time. Your laundry is picked up and delivered back to you within 48 hours. Need your laundry before than? If you place your order before 3pm you can get your laundry back by the next day for an additional fee
Place your order, put your laundry in disposable bags or the reusable bags provided by us that you purchased. Leave the laundry on your porch. If we don't see the laundry outside we will knock/ring doorbell. We will wait for 10 minutes for you to come to the door before leaving. If you don't have the laundry available you will still be charged our pick-up/delivery fee.

Tide, ALL, Gain and a Hypoallergenic Option. If you prefer to use your own detergent please have it available at pick-up. If you have a preference in one of the detergents we use please add it to special instructions.
Yes, you can use your own hangers or we can use ours for an extra fee. In the special instructions let us know what items you want hung or place the items you want hung in a separate bag.

Yes! We wash Large puffy items, like comforters, bathmats, pillows, and dog beds for a different fee from our clothing items.
It's rare that items are lost or damaged. Your laundry is tagged, kept together, and separate from other orders at all times. We wash in cold water (unless you request otherwise). We separate whites and colors. We dry in normal heat or hang-dry, based on your request. And we use standard washers and dryers. There is no part of our laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home and that would cause damage or loss. However, in the rare event items are lost or damaged you’re protected under out Protection Plan up to $20 per garment and $100 per order.
All messages, reviews, contact information, & payment details are handled by us through our secure systems so your information is private and safe. It is never shared or rented, sold, or shared with anyone for any reason. Your privacy is important to us. We protect it carefully.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel your scheduled pick-up 1 hour before your scheduled time you will be charged $5.00 If this happens multiple times you may not be able to schedule with us in the future.
(we are not responsible for items left in pockets of laundry)
